In order to cancel your FORTË monthly or annual membership, please email concierge@forte.fit, where our dedicated support team will respond within 1 business day to assist you!
If you purchased your subscription through Peerfit
You must make changes to your FORTË membership (cancellations/purchases) via your Peerfit account.
All you need to do is go to the Peerfit site or app, click on “Memberships”, and click “Cancel Membership”. Please reach out to support@peerfit.com if you have any questions or issues.
If you purchased your subscription through GlobalFit
Please reach out to GlobalFit directly to request cancellation.
At that point GlobalFit will communicate to us and we will process the cancellation. You can call GlobalFit's customer service department at 1-800-294-1500 or email them at customerservices@globalfit.com.
