Setting up your memberships:
Our platform latches onto the specific memberships that you provide us and that you have set up in MT.
We need the exact name of each membership or credit type that should allow access, and we need 2-weeks notice to configure/test if a membership is changed or added.
We solely connect to the Membership Types (rather than contracts), so that technically a client can create 50 membership contracts and link them to only 3-4 membership types (e.g., live+VOD, drop in, VOD only, Live only)
How your members get access:
Since MT has Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities, members will use the same username + password for the virtual platform, as they would signing into MT.
Members must purchase a membership/drop in & reserve a virtual class after your launch date in order to sync into the platform.
