- Password Reset
- On the login page, all you need to do is click “forgot password” and you’ll receive a link in your email inbox to set up a new password. This does not apply to SSO clients.
- Invalid Password Attempts
- If a user attempts a password incorrectly 5x, they will be locked out of the system for 10 minutes for security reasons.
- During the User locked period (10 mins), when an Admin suspends the user and un-suspends the user, the user is then able to login back to system using the correct Username/Password
